Begging is a way of obtaining existence resources by a permanent pleading alms (financial or non-cash). The law predict penal responsibility to person who begs in public place in spite of own existence resources or being capable of work as well as to person begging in public place in an importunate or fraudulent way. Similarly a person inducing to beg infant or helpless person or person under his/her attention, is liable for penal responsibility. However the above-mentioned rules are not categorically enforced by the judiciary institutions although liberal perspective can call for more rigorism in this range
