The official name Pavel PAVEL sufficiently illustrates the fact that the content of a name is not solely determined by its reference relation. The distinction between the first name (Pavel) and surname (PAVEL) is possibly due to the elements of deep structure (system) which are not bound to the reference relation. These are e. g. the following: official/non-official name, validity/invalidity from birth, hereditary/non-hereditary name.
