Dynamiczny rozwój i upowszechnienie aplikacji mobilnych stwarza możliwości uruchomienia nowej formy działań edukacyjnych wspierających zdrowie. Celem artykułu jest przeanalizowanie aplikacji, które mogą wpierać zachowanie i utrzymanie zdrowia.
Dynamic development and growing popularity of mobile applications creates an opportunity to introduce a new form of actions aimed at health promoting behaviors. Aim of the article is providing an overview of current social media and mobile apps aimed at health promotion.
