Sektor Małych i Średnich Przedsiębiorstw odgrywa istotną rolę w rozwoju polskiej i unijnej gospodarki. Małe i Średnie Przedsiębiorstwa są ważnym narzędziem rozwoju regionalnego i lokalnego. Stanowią one źródło innowacyjności, przedsiębiorczości i konkurencyjności regionu. Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie problemu, iż kultura organizacyjna sektora MSP wiąże się z szeroko pojętym rozwojem regionalnym i lokalnym oraz autorskiej koncepcji związku K-R-R-K-O-O

Sector Small and Medium Enterprises play an important role in the development of Polish and EU economy. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises are an important tool for regional and local development. They are a source of innovation, entrepreneurship and competitiveness of the region. The aim of this paper is to present the problem that the organizational culture of the SME sector is associated with broad regional and local development and the original concept of relationship K-R-R-K-O-O.
