Celem artykułu było omówienie poszczególnych metod pozyskiwania technologii i jej znaczenia dla rozwoju przedsiębiorczości technologicznej organizacji gospodarczych. Dokonano charakterystyki pojęcia technologii i ewolucji jej rozumienia w ujęciu historycznym. Następnie zostały omówione pokrótce poszczególne metody pozyskiwania technologii w ramach trzech zasadniczych grup. W dalszej części artykułu zostały przedstawione determinanty przedsiębiorczości technologicznej w ujęciu trójpoziomowym oraz wpływ poszczególnych opcji pozyskiwania technologii na rozwój przedsiębiorczości technologicznej z punktu widzenia kluczowych jej determinant.

The purpose of this article was the discussion of technology gaining methods in order to identify their importance for the development of enterprises’ technology entrepreneurship. Firstly, the explaining of technology term and its evaluation in historical context has been done. Then the characteristics of all technologies gaining options has been presented. Moreover, the three levels of technology entrepreneurship have been discussed. Finally, this article shows the influence of selected technology gaining options for the development of technology entrepreneurship, taking into account its key determinants.
