The article deals to the formation of the system management of innovative resource saving at the micro level in terms of transformational changing of economy. Analysed the functions of management resource saving. Proved the connection of resource efficiency and innovation update of production. High demands on resource efficiency suggest updating technologies and equipment, the use of innovative approaches to change the structure of traditional, alternative and renewable energy sources in the production processes, waste, substitution of raw materials cheaper and more accessible. At the same time, innovation policy will affect business performance-resource use. The introduction of the company's innovation strategy and the strategy of resource saving has a synergistic effect, a positive effect on the level of production. The implementation of these trends leads to lower costs and improve quality, which in turn leads to an increase in the competitiveness of products and the company as a whole. Using two directions can affect the efficiency of an integrated production.
