Przedstawione wyniki badań wskazują, że współczesny nauczyciel to osoba otwarta na potrzeby dzieci i kreatywnie podchodząca do programu dydaktyczno-wychowawczego. Ważne jest, by nauczyciel pełnił podstawowe funkcje, jakimi są: funkcja wychowawcza, opiekuńcza, dydaktyczna, kształcąca i motywacyjno-stymulująca. Współczesny nauczyciel to taki, który posiada ogromną wiedzę, chce, umie i potrafi przekazywać ją dzieciom. Jest dla dzieci autorytetem i wzorem do naśladowania. Na zajęciach nie tylko wykładowcą, ale i opiekunem oraz przyjacielem.

The results indicate that the modern teacher is a person open to the needs of children and creatively takes up the teaching and educational program. It is important that the teacher acted basic functions which are educative function, caring, teaching, educating and motivating and stimulating.
