PL

Przedsiębiorstwo jest podmiotem badań finansów. Inwestowanie czyli alokacja kapitału w aktywa zapewnia jego przedmiotową oraz finansową tożsamość. Tożsamość tę pomija się często w badaniach i publikacjach. Sens przedsiębiorstwa wyrażają procesy produkcji, świadczenia usług, akceptowane przez rynek w postaci realizowanych i opłacanych transakcji kupna-sprzedaży. Rachunkowość finansowa jest powszechnym językiem oraz sposobem opisu działalności przedsiębiorstwa, jego nakładów i efektów. W opracowaniu podjęto próbę określenia struktury finansowej przedsiębiorstwa, kreowanej przez czynniki wytwórcze. Do czynników wytwórczych zaliczono: środki pracy, przedmioty pracy, kadrę, kapitał oraz informację. Opracowano modelowe ujęcie wskaźników realizacji zasad finansowania zasobów trwałych i obrotowych przedsiębiorstwa.

Enterprise is the subject of financial studies. Investment or capital allocation of assets ensures its objective and financial identity. It should be emphasized that identity is frequently excluded in numerous studies and publications. The idea of the enterprise is expressed in the following components: production processes and service benefits, which are accepted by the market through realization of sale-buy transactions. Financial accounting is regarded as the common language and a method that describes the enterprise activities, including its expenditures and effects. In this article the author attempted to determine the financial structure of the enterprise, which is generated by productive factors. The productive factors include the following: labor resources, staff, capital and information. Model approach has been devised in order to accomplish the principles of financing of durable and current enterprise resources.
