In the article the mechanism of venture financing of the innovative projects in accordance with the phases of the innovative process is presented, the measures of efficiency of the combined investment with the participation of venture capital are revealed, the modern features and prospects of the development of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan's venture infrastructure are studied.(original abstract)
