Zatrudnienie w Wielkopolsce ma swa specyfikę której rozpoznanie której rozpoznanie determinuje istotnie zakres i kierunek działania przyjętej przez Samorząd Województwa strategii zatrudnienia. Zmierza ona do: 1) wzrostu i tak relatywnie wysokiej na tle kraju stopy zatrudnienia, 2) utrzymania wysokiej stopy mobilności zatrudnieniowej ludności w regionie oraz 3) dążenia do koordynowania kształcenia i zmian kompetencji zawodowej pracowników. Realizacja obecnej, jak i poprzedniej strategii w województwie zakłada ciągłe analizowanie i korygowanie nakładów popierających inicjatywy władz lokalnych. Zwraca się przy tym uwagę na wsparcie koordynacji i kooperacji działań samorządów lokalnych ułatwiających kształcenie i wykorzystanie zasobów ludzkich w całym regionie.

Employment in Wielkopolska has its own peculiarity whose recognition significantly determines the scope and direction of actions as regards the employment strategy adopted by the Province Local Government. The strategy aims at: (1) increasing an employment rate, which is already high in comparison to the rest of Poland; (2) maintaining a high employment mobility rate in the region; (3) coordinating employees’ education and changes in employees’ professional competencies. It is assumed that the realization of the current and previous strategy should require continuous analyzing and correcting inputs that support the initiatives of local governments. It is worth drawing attention to the support that is given to coordination and cooperation of actions by local governments. The aim of these actions is to make it possible to educate and make use of human resources in the whole region.
