In all the developing societies, irrespective of the level of civiliza-tion, the child represents an important element of parents’ prevention and care, as well as an important element of the organized system of upbring-ing. That is why at the certain moment of children’s lives the process of their development must be directed by others, it would be the best if they were their parents. The parents’ authority is very important in young person’s life, that is why children, first of all, follow their parents’ examples as they spend most of the time with them. The parents, from the early days, should show their offspring what is the most important in life, what values they should look for. The parents’ lives should also be an example for the children and the signpost how to act in life. The child should have the models. The more riveting and interesting they are, the faster is the de-velopment. The cognitive process without the parental authority is even impossible. When the child doesn’t follow his parents’ authority, he doesn’t develop his social personality. All the instincts and his impulses predominate his upper values, both social and cultural.
