W artykule podjęta została próba przedstawienia rosyjskiego systemu obrony terytorialnej. Z badań autora wynika jej bizantyjski, trudny dla zrozumienia i opisania system organizacyjny oraz mobilizacyjny obrony terytorialnej. W zakończeniu autor proponuje podjęcie badań cząstkowych, które mogą nas poprowadzić do pogłębienia wiedzy na temat rosyjskiego systemu OT.

The article attempts to present the Russian territorial defence system. The author’s research show its byzantine, difficult to understand and describe organisational system and the mobilization of territorial defence. In conclusion, the author proposes to undertake partial research which can lead us to deepen our knowledge of the Russian territorial defence system.
