Istotnym czynnikiem wpływającym na współpracę pomiędzy środowiskiem nauki, biznesu i administracji jest model współpracy. Celem artykułu jest określenie wielkości współczynnika współpracy (Cooperation Quotient), który określa poziom zaawansowania podmiotów w sferze wzajemnej współpracy. W artykule zaprezentowano model oparty na trójstronnej relacji koncentrując szczególną uwagę na uwarunkowaniach decydujących o gotowości realizacji współpracy z ramienia miasta Lublin. Uwzględniono czynniki z zakresu przywództwa, stylu zarządzania, kompetencji oraz technologii wskazując przy tym poziom zaawansowania kooperacji ze strony miasta. Wskazano warunki wsparcia inicjatyw klastrowych w Polsce oraz podkreślono istotę ich powstawania.

An important factor, which affects for the cooperation between science, business and government is a model of cooperation. The purpose of this article is to determine the size of the Cooperation Quotient, which determines the level of advancement of subjects in the area of mutual cooperation. The article presents a model based on tripartite relations focusing particular attention on the determinants of the willingness to implement cooperation with the city of Lublin. The factors of leadership, management style, competence and technology have been taken into account, indicating the level of advancement of city cooperation. The conditions for supporting cluster initiatives in Poland were highlighted and the essence of their development was emphasized.
