The following paper presents the reactions of states and international organizations to the conflict in Ukraine, which broke out in 2014. By defining the activities carried out in eastern Ukraine as belonging to the category of "hybrid war," it shows the next steps taken by the international community to condemn the activities of "green people" in eastern Ukraine. The author points out that an important voice for the world was the firm and unambiguous reaction of NATO as a guarantor of international order, which decisively condemned the actions carried out in Ukraine. The NATO declarations were confirmed by the implementation of the provisions of successive NATO summits and the strengthening of the military presence on the eastern flank. It is also worth noting Poland's important role in the Ukrainian crisis, which since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine has supported Ukraine's actions, calling on the European Union to address the problem.
