W artykule poddano ocenie związki rynku kredytowego z sektorem rolnym. Podniesiono znaczeni niedoskonałości w alokacji zasobów za pośrednictwem rynku kredytowego. Zwrócono uwagę zarówno na specyfikę samego rolnictwa, jak i warunków zewnętrznych, jakie zostały ukształtowane w wyniku procesu globalizacji. Zbadano skutki oddziaływania wybranych wskaźników makroekonomicznych na dostosowania w zakresie stopy procentowej przeliczonej za pośrednictwem zmian cen produktów rolnych. Okres badawczy obejmował lata 1990-2010. Przeprowadzone rozważania pozwoliły wyróżnić grupę czynników oddziałujących na warunki kształtowania kosztów pozyskania pieniądza kredytowego. Przeanalizowano charakter występujących zależności. Wykazano odmienne znaczenie poszczególnych relacji.

In this paper we have evaluated the relationship of the credit market to the agricultural sector. The weakness of appropriate resource allocation from the credit market has been emphasized. We paid attention both to the external environment of agriculture itself, as well as to the way it has been shaped as a result of the process of globalization. The effect was examined of the influence of particular macroeconomic indicators adjusted according to the range of the interest rate as a result of change in the price of agricultural products. The period of the research covered the years 1990-2010. A discussion was carried out to allow for the setting apart of factors that influenced conditions which shaped the cost of financial loans and credit. The character of dependencies or related factors were analysed. The different significance of individual accounts was shown.

В статье была проведена оценка связи кредитного рынка с агросектором. Поднято значение несовершенства в аллокации ресурсов посредством кредитного рынка. Обращено внимание на специфику как самого сельского хозяйства, так и внешних условий , которые сформировались в результате процесса глобализации. Исследованы последствия воздействия некоторых макроэкономических показателей на регуляции в сфере процентной ставки, пересчитываемой при помощи изменения цен сельскохозяйственных продуктов. Исследуемый период охватывал 1990-2010 года. Проведенные рассуждения предоставили возможность выделить группу факторов воздействующих на условия формирования издержек на получение кредитных денег. Проанализирован характер существующих зависимостей. Показано различное значение отдельных реляций.
