W przedstawiono sprzeczności statusu ajenta systemu agencyjnego. Autor dowodzi, że w praktyce oznaczają one surowe warunki współpracy. Wyjaśnia też, w jaki sposób ajenci próbują je łagodzić. Autor skupia się na trzech głównych polach działania: łamaniu zasad współpracy ze spółką, oszukiwaniu personelu i unikaniu płacenia podatków

In preface of the article I present contradictions of agent’s status in an agency system. I demonstrate that they actually mark strict rules of cooperation. Then I explain how agents try to liberate them. I focus on three main domains of efforts: breaking the rules of cooperation with a company, cheating staff and avoiding of paying taxes.
