Grounding on logical and psychological data, the author builds a complete scheme for generating and understanding of linguistic expressions by humans. Distinction between semantic and mental sense is introduced for the first time in the literature. Fundamental differences between senses and psychical images as units of two signaling systems in psyche are described.
