W artykule zaprezentowany został spetryfikowany wzorzec gatunkowy laudów doby średniopolskiej. Na początku analizie poddano elementy tytułu, a następnie komponenty tworzące korpus: formuły inicjalne i finalne (zawierające m.in. wyrażenia identyfikujące nadawcę, wyrażenia temporalne i lokatywne, nazwę aktu prawnego, a także czasownik performatywny) oraz zasadniczą część laudum, na którą składają się normotwórcze akty mowy.

In this article a petrified genre model of lauda between the sixteenth and eighteenth century is presented. At the beginning elements of the title are analyzed as well as components forming the corps. There are the initial formulas and concluding formulas (e.g. the name of the sender, temporal and locative expressions, the name of the act and the performative verb) and the essential part of the laudum which consists of directive and declarative speech acts.
