W niniejszym artykule została poddana analizie polityka edukacyjna Unii Europejskiej na przykładzie Niemiec. Autorzy kierują naszą uwagę na model polityki edukacyjnej tego kraju, w szczególności na takie jej cechy jak: dominacja państwa w kwestiach zarządzania i finansowania krajowego systemu wykształcenia, orientacja na znalezienie najbardziej optymalnych stosunków uczestnictwa państwa i struktur społecznych w realizacji tych procesów, aktywizacja kierunków działalności oświatowej, które są bezpośrednio powiązane ze zwiększeniem ekonomicznego, naukowego i technicznego rozwoju kraju, zwłaszcza systemu wyższego wykształcenia. Autorzy przeanalizowali federalne programy i dokumenty państwowe oraz pokazali tendencje i kierunki, które mogą okazać się pomocne w kwestii rozwoju i doskonalenia krajowej polityki edukacyjnej w Niemczech.

This article discusses the problems of implementation of the state educational policy of the European Union in Germany. The authors focus on the model of state education developed in this country, on particular, on its following features: the interference of the state with the administrative and financial issues of the national system of education, the insistence on finding optimal correlation between participation by the state and particular public institutions in these processes, intensification of the educational activities contributing directly to the economic, scientific and technical development of the country, with a particular emphasis on the system of tertiary education. The authors have conducted an analysis of a selection of federal programs and government documents as well as investigating the trends and solutions which may contribute to an improvement and further development of the state educational policy in Germany.
