Artykuł porusza problematykę uczenia się komunikacji nie-werbalnej jako ważnego elementu procesu uczenia się języka i kształtowania kompetencji międzykulturowych. Skutecz-ność wszelkich kontaktów komunikacyjnych determinowana jest nie tylko tym, jak dobrze rozmówca rozumie słowa lub inne elementy komunikacji werbalnej, lecz także umiejętno-ścią poprawnej interpretacji informacji wizualnych. Komu-nikacja niewerbalna ewoluowała wcześniej niż sam język. Jak pokazuje doświadczenie, podczas nauczania języków na-leży zwrócić uwagę na interpretację niewerbalnych środków komunikacji jako podstawy rozumienia języka obcego. Obec-nie konieczne stało się stworzenie podręczników zawierają-cych materiały i ćwiczenia do nauczania interpretacji nie-werbalnych i parawerbalnych środków komunikacji, mają-cych na celu kształtowanie kompetencji międzykulturowych. Rola i znaczenie niewerbalnych środków komunikacji w działaniach nauczyciela, identyfikacja szerokich możliwości ich wykorzystania w nauczaniu, niewystarczający rozwój problemu w nauczaniu rosyjskich metod językowych decydu-je o trafności wybranego tematu.

The article deals with the problems of learning the language of nonverbal communication as an important component of the process of learning the language and the formation of intercultural competence. The role and importance of non-verbal means of communication in the activities of the teacher, identifying opportunities for their use in teaching, the lack of development of problems in the methodology de-termines the relevance of the chosen The article deals with the problems of learning the language of nonverbal commu-nication as an important component of the process of learn-ing the language and the formation of intercultural compe-tence. The effectiveness of any communication contacts is determined not only by how well the interlocutor under-stands the words or other elements of verbal communica-tion, but also by the ability to correctly interpret visual in-formation. Non-verbal communication is the oldest form of human communication, since historically non-verbal means of communication have evolved earlier than language. Expe-rience shows that when learning languages, it is necessary to pay attention to the interpretation of non-verbal means of communication as a basis for understanding foreign lan-guage. At present, it has become necessary to create text-books containing materials and exercises for teaching the interpretation of non-verbal and paraverbal means of com-munication aimed at the formation of intercultural compe-tence. The role and importance of non-verbal means of communication in the activities of the teacher, identifying the wide possibilities of their use in teaching, the insuffi-cient development of the problem in teaching Russian lan-guage methods determine the relevance of the chosen theme.
