Considering geopolitical contest of Russian Federation, should underline, that it serves achieving one’s affairs, which make it possible dominant position in foreign affairs, in globle scale, as in Russian indyvidual regions. The Russian energetistic policy is certain like function full tool, which used to realization of geostrategical aims, through geoeconomical goals. The result so multidimensional energetistic policy Russian Federation is getting the privilegent place of supplier and supervisor of flow energetistic materials on states laid on European continent, in the first of all European Union. This would make possible the permanent influence Russian Federation on economic development and also its finances.
