Problem greenwashingu, który polega, mówiąc w uproszczeniu, na wysuwaniu fałszywych lub wprowadzających w błąd twierdzeń na temat wpływu danego produktu lub przedsiębiorstwa na środowisko naturalne, jest coraz powszechniejszym zjawiskiem. Niniejszy artykuł stanowi próbę opisu rzeczywistej i potencjalnej odpowiedzi systemu prawa na ten problem

The problem of green washing, i.e., basically, making false or misleading claims about the impact of a given product or business enterprise on the environment, is increasingly acute. The present article constitutes an attempt to describe the actual and possible response of the law to the aforementioned problem.

Все острее становится проблема зеленого камуфляжа (гринвошинга), другими словами, ложных или ввод ящих в заблуждение заявлений о воздействии данного продукта или компании на окружающую среду.
