In the article there are developed the theoretical bases of soсio-eсologo-economical monitoring for territory resource saving processes. The concepts and principles of multilevel system of resource saving monitoring, directions and problems of such monitoring are defined. The scheme of complex monitoring research of resource saving processes is developed.
