In this paper the last step in the identifying process of the proportion of self-service centres in the total amount of structural units of the bank in a particular region is analysed. This stage is characterized by the choosing of development strategy in the regional network as part of an overall corporate strategy of the bank. The choice of the future strategy of the bank regional network defines as its current and future activities. However, such a strategy allows for the management process of the bank, to determine its purpose, perspective, and a sequence of actions to choose ways of working in accordance with the proportions required by the bank. Furthermore, in this article we have developed the algorithm for choosing a development strategy of the branch network.
