In article problems of a soсiolinguistic condition of a language situation both an ethnolanguage situation and their influence on formation educational bilinguistic in Republic Kazakhstan are considered. Results of soсiolinguistic researches on revealing of forms and types of Kazakh-Russian and Russian-Kazakh bilinguistic among students are yielded and corresponding conclusions which are interesting to soсiolinguistic descriptions of forms and types bilinguistic in any environment and a field of activity are drawn.
