Z racji zmiany przynależności państwowej po zakończeniu II wojny światowej tzw. Ziem Odzyskanych, również nieruchomości kościołów i innych związków wyznaniowych doświadczyły skutków zmian ustrojowych w Polsce. Państwo polskie uznało się za właściciela wszystkich nieruchomości tzw. poniemieckich i opuszczonych, w tym nieruchomości kościelnych. Spór o tę własność stał się elementem szerszej polityki wyznaniowej w Polsce Ludowej. Z czasem Kościół odzyskiwał swoją własność a pierwsze etapy tego procesu w latach 70. XX w. stanowiły pierwsze próby tzw. regulacji własności nieruchomości kościelnych w Polsce.

Due to the change of adhesion of the Regained Territories after the end of World War II, also the real estate owned by the Church and the other religious associations faced the results of the constitutional changes in Poland. The Polish government has decided that the state was the owner of all real estate in regards to the so called post-German and abandoned lands, including the Church real estate. The dispute of their ownership was the element of broader religious policy in the People’s Republic of Poland. At time the Church was allowed to reclaim its property. The first part of this process began in the 70s. and it constituted the first attempts of so called regulation of ownership of the Church real estate in Poland.

В связи с изменением государственнoй принадлежности после Второй мировой войны, так называемых Возвращенные Земли, также костельныe недвижимости и недвижимости других религиозных организаций испытывали влияние политических изменений в Польше. Польское государство признало себя владельцем всех так называемых бывший немецкий и оставленных недвижимости, включая костельныe недвижимости. Спор об праве собственности стал частью более широкой религиозной политики в коммунистической Польше. C течением времени Костeл восстановил свою собственность, a первыe этапы этого процесса в 70-х годах XX векa были первыми попыткaми так называемых регулирувания собственности костельнoй недвижимости.
