Trust is a legal institution unknown in polish private law. Use of trust as a testate successor is a problematic issue because of prohibition of trust substitution in polish inheritance law. The article is a case study on will of polish Nobel Prize winner - Czeslaw Milosz, who made founded by him living trust a beneficiary of his estate.
