The results of evaluation research conducted by Work Pedagogy of Innovative Economy Centre (department of ITeE – PIB) in the frame of the scientific task New Technologies of Intellectual Capital Development of Innovative Economy have been presented and analysed in the article. The research concerned the expectations (ex ante) as well as results of training for managers of innovations in the field of transfer and commercialisation of innovations (formative, summative and ex post evaluation). Paper and Pencil Interview was used as a method of evaluation of training implemented in the traditional way (face-to-face). The main part of the evaluation survey was conducted with the use of innovative on-line tool integrated with the educational platform.
