Od wejścia Polska do Unii Europejskiej minęło 10 lat. Przepisy unijne dotyczące zabezpieczenia społecznego są stosowane w bardzo szerokim zakresie ze względu na dużą liczbę obywateli polskich przemieszczających się na terenie Wspólnoty. Dotyczy to szczególnie przepisów dotyczących ustalania ustawodawstwa właściwego, bowiem w związku z mobilnością obywateli polskich powstają problemy prawne dotyczące ustalenia ustawodawstwa, w którym podlegają ubezpieczeniu, a w konsekwencji opłacania składek.

From the entrance of Poland into the European Union passed 10 years. EU rules on social security are used in a wide range due to the large number of Polish citizens moving within the Community. This is particularly the provisions relating to the determination of the applicable legislation. Due to the mobility of Polish citizens have legal problems relating to the determination of legislation, which are insured and consequently, the payment of contributions.
