Główna teza artykułu mówi o tym, że zmiana strategii edukacyjnych jest wymogiem funkcjonalnym systemu społecznego. Krajowe Ramy Kwalifikacji są narzędziem do podniesienia poziomu jakości kształcenia i uelastycznienia procesu edukacyjnego poprzez mobilność pionową, która jest podstawową zasadą procesu bolońskiego. W tekście podejmuję próbę uporządkowania aparatury pojęciowej.

The primary thesis of this article points to the fact that the shift in educational strategies stands as a functional requisite of the contemporary social system. The National Qualifications Framework comprises an instrument serving to increase the level of quality in education and to render the educational process more flexible via the vertical mobility which is a cornerstone in the Bologna process. Undertaken in this treatise is an attempt to order and organize the conceptual apparatus.
