Observed since the 1990s. spatial changes in the supply of people by age preach asked, as far as these transformations affect the satisfaction of labour market by workers in the future. The purpose of article is to demonstrate the differences in supply and demand of employments by age and voivodships in the period 1999-2010 and the evaluation of these relationships in 2035 This description will allow to assess as the ageing of people determines the indicators of employment and whether these changes are similar to the voivodships.
