The article discusses the legal regulations concerning devolution, which is one of the principles of public administration organizations. The author focuses on the legal aspects relating to internal devolution that exists in local government. The article presents competences belonging to local government executive bodies that can be the subject of devolution, as well as the entities which can perform these competences on behalf of a body.
