Financial resources utilized in health sector are defined as public resources. The budget subsidies and sources of financing from the budget of the European Union are a particular form of financing spzoz’s resources. In this article the author characterizes the principles of recording and presentation of the external sources of financing fixed assets in accounting ledgers and financial statements of spzoz. Due to the importance of the problem it should be regulated in a systemize way.
