It move important problems related in article with corporate oversight in units about great importance for economy. Corporations affecting economy strong and should not be led society only profit maximization and\or growth of marketing value and managerial profit. Corporate oversight should take into account wide context in units about big meaning for economy. Truthfulness of nominated thesis prove on base of analysis of dependence between efficiency of bank and basic macro-economic indicators, as PKB per capita and joblessness.
