Every organization is seeking ways to build the appropriate space of the work for their employees. In present days of fast outside and internal changes, the foundation of community of the value becoming the answer. Organizational values not have to perfectly fit individual one, but must cause, that employees can identify themselves with them and use it in critical situations.
