Cognitive reality confronts contemporary school tasks, which it's not able to achieve with the traditional use of educational technology. Emerging from years of school reform proposals are radical but realistic at the same time - take into account both the socio - cultural and civilization, as well as a kind of evolution of the brain current students, which affects the way they learn. The school ceases to be the only educational institution, and the process of teaching - learning is the only way of acquiring knowledge. Growing importance of learning throughout life, non-formal education. The school, if he has the ambition to keep up with the knowledge, must take into account assimilated in this way the knowledge and turn it into a resource of knowledge socially useful and selfless.
