Zmienność współczesnego, postmodernistycznego świata jest przyczyną wielu trudności doświadczanych przez dzisiejszych dorosłych studentów. Artykuł jest próbą przyjrzenia się ich aktywności edukacyjnej na przykładzie dorosłych studentów pedagogiki dwóch wyższych uczelni. Jest to próba zidentyfikowania ich oczekiwań dotyczących kariery i ogólnego rozumienia sytuacji pedagoga na współczesnym rynku pracy. Wreszcie wskazania działań podejmowanych przez nich celem podniesienia własnej konkurencyjności.

Changeability of contemporary, postmodern world is a reason of many problems of present adult students. This article is an attempt to look at the educational activity adult education students on the example of students of two high schools. It’s an attempt to identify their expectations related to career prospects and overall understanding of the present situation of teacher on the postmodernity labor market. Finally, indicate the action taken by them in order to increase their competitiveness.
