A title to lodge a complaint in Polish, German and French court-administrative procedure The contents of the article concentrates around the problems of a ti-tle to lodge a complaint in Polish, German and French court-administrative procedure. The author indicated both similarities, as well as differences existing on the ground of each of the indicted legal systems.

Treść artykułu koncentruje się wokół problematyki legitymacji skargowej w polskim, niemieckim i francuskim postępowaniu sądowoadministracyjnym. Wskazano zarówno podobieństwa, jak i różnice występujące na gruncie każdego ze wskazanych porządków prawnych.
