Only th e m a in a lley a n d a sq u a re w ith a ch a p el h av e rem a in e d from th e orig in al a rran g em e n t. A d ivision in to blocks is n o t c le a r-cu t. The m a z ewah s p re s e rv ed on th is c em e te ry co n stitu te a v a lu a b le an d ra r e collection of a rc h ite c to n ic g ra v e stones from th e 2nd h a lf of th e 19th a n d e a rly 20th centuries. T h e ir forms disp lay v a rio u s sty les fo u n d in th e a r t an d a rc h ite c tu re of th a t time. They a re c h a ra c te rized by a rich n e ss of elem en ts an d fin e execution.
