Niniejszy artykuł opisuje wykorzystanie podejścia wieloagentowego do wspierania twórczości organizacyjnej. Dlatego aby pokazać możliwości systemu agen- towego scharakteryzowano termin inteligentny agent i systemy wieloagentowe.

This paper describes the use of multi-agent approach to support the organiza¬tional creativity. In order to show capabilities of the agent systems the terms intelligent agent and multi-agent systems were characterized. On this basis the conditions of appli¬cability of intelligent agents in organizational creativity were described. The final result of the submitted paper is the specification of conditions that should be satisfied by supporting the organization creativity with agent systems. The findings and outcomes should be useful for further research in this area.
