Coaching helps us to see our situation from a completely different approach and to shape proper behaviour. It helps to experience and re-evaluate our life. Coaching carrying out in a proper way is one of the most effective form of support for our professional development. The article presents a glossary of words used in coaching, a short introduction to the principals of coaching and situations in which it is useful. Furthermore it presents different forms/ways of communication in coaching necessary for effective communication, examples of individual cases of clients who used coaching at different stages of their professional development.
