Celem niniejszego artykułu jest prezentacja programów liderów młodzieżowych i pokazanie możliwości ich realizacji w ramach szkolnego programu profilaktyki społecznej w kontekście koncepcji resilience (odporności psychicznej). Wzmacnianie czynników chroniących w tworzeniu bezpiecznej przestrzeni szkoły jest warunkiem efektywności programów profilaktycznych, realizowanych na terenie szkoły. Ich celem powinno być tworzenie bezpiecznej przestrzeni, wolnej od przemocy rówieśniczej.
