Artykuł opisuje tematykę specyfiki strategii tworzonych i realizowanych przez podmioty działające w branży kreatywnej. Wykorzystana technika grupowego wywiadu pogłębionego pozwoliła na analizę strategii pięciu podmiotów prowadzących działalność w opisywanej branży. Wskazano na dominującą rolę relacji z innymi organizacjami jako podstawę koncepcji rozwoju oraz główny priorytet strategiczny. Podkreślono także konieczność dokonywania bieżących korekt oraz uwzględnianie aspektów pozafinansowych w ocenie stopnia realizacji zakładanych planów. Istotny okazał się także dualizm postrzegania relacji zewnętrznych będących zarówno źródłem przeszkód efektywnej implementacji strategii, jak i narzędziem wykorzystywanym w przypadku potencjalnych niepowodzeń.

The main theme of the article is the specifics of strategies designed and implemented by companies operating in the creative industry. The technique of focused group interviews was used, which allowed to analyze the strategy of five entities representing the described industry. It was noted that the dominant role of relations with other organizations is the basis of the development concept and the main strategic priority. It was also stressed that there is a need for making adjustments and taking into account non-financial aspects in assessing the degree of realization of the intended plans. Also important was the duality of perception of external relations which are both a source of obstacles to effective strategy implementation, and a tool used in the case of possible failures.
