Abstracts
The phenomenon of corruption is one of the biggest threats to the functioning of modern national and international entities. With significant intensification it is able to distort the democratic mechanisms of governance, or eliminate free and fair competition in business. The article discusses the anti-corruption measures concerning the operation of public companies. Both private and public restrictions take the form of statutory prohibitions connected with various sanctions. Together they constitute aset of regulations, one of whose main functions is to prevent the pathology of corruption.
