On the basis of psychological and educational literature and school practice, the article reveals peculiarities of educational space, it describes the specifics of interaction of school, family and community in shaping personality. The author describes the organizational and pedagogical conditions of interaction between school, family and community, he identifies key factors that influence the development of personality. The content of the article shows that identity formation always occurs in the interaction of the individual with various social institutions.
