Publikacja zawiera istotne rozważania na temat kredytów eksportowych i ich ubezpieczenia w kontekście potrzeb polskich eksporterów działających w istniejących i przyszłych uwarunkowaniach gospodarczych Unii Europejskiej, jak też innych krajów, w tym szczególnie sąsiadujących z Polską. Publikacja ma na celu przybliżenie zadań Korporacji Ubezpieczeń Kredytów Eksportowych (KUKE) powołanej przez państwo w celu wspomagania działań eksportowych polskich przedsiębiorstw. W publikacji zaprezentowano szersze aspekty rozwoju eksportu, zwłaszcza w latach po kryzysie globalnym, który rozpoczął się w 2007 roku i potrwa, jak sądzą badacze, do 2020 roku, zaś jak sądzą niektórzy w USA zakończył się w roku 2015. Artykuł zawiera także spostrzeżenia dotyczące elementów polityki państwa w zakresie liberalizacji handlu w aktualnych uwarunkowaniach globalnych. Czynnik ten nie jest wystarczającym wskaźnikiem rozwoju polskiego eksportu i oznacza, że powyższy element, choć ważny, musi być stale wzmacniany instrumentami proeksportowymi.

The publication includes signifi cant considerations on export credits and insurance thereof in the context of needs of Polish exporters operating under the existing and prospective economic conditions of the European Union as well as other countries, including, in particular, those neighbouring with Poland. The article aims at bringing closer the tasks of the Export Credit Insurance Corporation (KUKE), established by the state for the purpose of supporting export actions of Polish enterprises. In his article, the author presented broader aspects of exports development, particularly in the years aft er the global crisis that began in 2007 and will last, as researchers think, till 2020, and, as some people in the USA think, finished in 2015. The article includes also considerations related the elements of state policy as regards trade liberalisation under the current global conditions. This factor is not a suffi cient indicator of development of the Polish exports and means that the above-mentioned element, though important, must be constantly reinforced with pro-export instruments.
