Artykuł omawia szacunki koszyków minimum socjalnego w trzecim kwartale 2019 r. Dynamika wartości koszykowych była nieco wyższa od wzrostu infl acji – wzrost koszyków w gospodarstwie jednoosobowym i czteroosobowym odpowiednio o 0,8% oraz 0,7%, przy wskaźniku CPI 0,3% w stosunku do drugiego kwartału. Na wzroście koszyków zaważyły w dużej mierze ceny żywności ujętej w koszyku. Wzrosły one o 1,4% – dwukrotnie szybciej niż infl acja dla tej grupy potrzeb (0,7%). Najbardziej wzrosły ceny owoców (o 3,3%), warzyyw poza ziemniakami (o 3,1%) oraz produktów zbożowych (o 1,1%). Wzrost cen żywności był wzmocniony przez suszę.

The article presents estimates of social minimum baskets – defi ned as a model allowing the minimum level for social integration of households – in the third quarter of 2019. The dynamics of basket values was slightly higher than the growth of infl ation. In relation to the 2nd quarter, for single-person and forur-person households the increase was of 0.8 and 0.7% respectively, while the infl ation rate was 0,3%. The increase in social minimum baskets was largely infl uenced by food prices. They increased by 1.4%, twice as fast as the infl ation for this group of needs (0.7%). The prices of fruit (by 3.3%) and vegetables other than potatoes (by 3.1%) and cereal products (by 1.1%) increased the most. The increase in food prices was reinforced by drought.
