Problematyka kosztów transakcyjnych wprowadzonych przez Ronalda Coase’a jest zagadnieniem mającym bardzo duże znaczenie praktyczne. W artykule omówiono przykład jednego z wariantów stochastycznego modelowania tych kosztów w zależności od pewnych ich zmiennych o charakterze parametrycznym. Modelowanie to rozpatrzono przy wybranych, jak się wydaje najbardziej adekwatnych, typach rozkładów tych zmiennych. Uzyskane przy tym wyniki mają pewne przełożenie praktyczne.

The issue of transaction costs introduced by Ronald Coase is very important practically. In the article an example of one of variants of the stochastic modelling of these costs was discussed depending than sure about their variables about parametric character. This modelling was considered at chosen how, it seems the most appropriate, types of distributions of these variables. Results achieved in addition have a certain practical correlation.
