The competitive advantage of modern net-business lies in their organization’s model. Network partners have created a network of value for customers in modern net-business, especially in IT sector. The relations between Modal firm and other net-participants are usually asymmetrical. The rules of partnership on different levels are appointed in Certification System of Modal firm, Microsoft’ certification system in this case.
