The author analyzes the features of psychological support of creative and talented teens, stating that nowadays the problem of talent, creativity, intelligence is visible in public policy, defining the search, training and education of gifted children and youth, promotion of creative work, protection of talents. The development of psychological services in the education system of Ukraine for the last decade is characterized by rethinking of traditional approaches to work with gifted children and youth, significant changes and innovations in education.
